The importance of your mental health
But what about mental health? Did your parents or teachers ever tell you "what mental health means, why is it important, and how can you take care of it?"
If we know what mental health is, we can maintain a set of habits and strategies that allow our mind to be in harmony with the environment in which we live and develop, including the people within it.
Being aware and careful, we'll have a better probability of preventing mental disorders, or when we face one, we'll already have a little notion of what is happening to us and we'll know that there're adequate instances to treat it, such as visit the psychologist, accepting that it's something completely normal.
